We use a number of courier services to facilitate our International Delivery in order to offer you the most competitive shipping service we can. The main couriers we use are UPS and Royal Mail. Whilst we maintain a simple free price policy on European shipping charged, we can only give an indicative delivery time of approximately 7-10 days.
Our standard service level is to pick, pack and ship your order as fast as possible, within one working day of payment. On average we ship 99.97% of orders we receive during the week, within one day of receiving them. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the next working day. When your order has been shipped, you will receive and email for confirmation of this.

We ship the world for Free. The main couriers we use are UPS and Royal Mail. Delivery takes between 7-10 days after payment.
On attempted delivery, the service provider will usually leave a 'failed delivery' card detailing when they will try to re-deliver, or where the parcel is being held for collection. This will have contact details to re-arrange the delivery yourself if needed. If you have not received this information please contact Royal Mail for UK delivery or our Customer Service Team.

If a parcel is deemed un-deliverable by our courier service providers, and returned back to us, we will inform you via email and issue a refund excluding outbound postage costs. Please see our FAQs for more information on our delivery policy.
These charges occur once the package has entered the destination country. Such charges must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country and we are unable to give an exact value of the fee you will incur. If you wish to know more about these charges, we would advise contacting your local customs office before ordering, so that you know what to expect when your package arrives. Please note if your package is refused, you will be liable for the cost of return and any charges incurred.

We can deliver to you at your work address, please ensure that someone will be available to accept your package.
Yes we deliver to BFPO. This delivery service is available using any of our UK service options.
If you are not going to be home and wish your package to be left in a ‘safe place’ or with a neighbour, there is a specific section in the delivery options to leave a message for the driver. Alternatively, please see our How do I reschedule my delivery? section.
Please contact our Customer Service Team with your tracking and order number and your full name. We will confirm with our couriers that this is the case; we will then re-send your order or refund you. Please note this could take up to 2 weeks.
Delivery can usually be expected between 8am – 6pm, though this can sometimes vary.
