- Our personalised wrapping paper is available in sheets or rolls.
- Sheets are dispatched flat & folded. Rolls are sent in a postal tube.
- Custom gift wrap is printed onto luxury 95gsm semi-gloss paper, FSC accredited paper.
- Printed on the front side only. The back of the paper is white.
- Sheets are sized 50cm x 65cm. Rolls are available in either 2.2m or 3.6m in length.
Shipping
At Dyefor, all of our orders are made and shipped with love and care from the United Kingdom. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of order. All of our deliveries are certified Carbon Neutral. Below are estimates of how long orders take to arrive after dispatch, if using the Express Shipping option.

Returns
Goods purchased from us can be returned for refund within 30 working days from receipt of goods, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receipt by us.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of personalised goods unless the item is faulty. Please note, personalised items are hand-made for you, so our machines will print exactly the information you enter. Please double check any names, or text, for spelling mistakes and ensure you have ordered the correct size device/model number. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect size selection, unless the error was made by ourselves, as a result of the production process.
If you have made a mistake with your order please notify us within 30 minutes of placing your order, so that we can edit it or cancel it.

How do I personalise my order?
Choose your product options, then use the Personalise button to add photos, names or wording. Check every detail carefully before adding the item to your basket because we make it from the information you approve.
Will I see my design before it is made?
Where a live preview is available, it updates as you personalise. Use it to check your layout and wording. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished material.
When will my order arrive?
The latest delivery estimate is shown on the product page using our current production and dispatch timing. We will email tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I update my order after checkout?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of ordering. We will always try to help, but personalised items cannot be changed once they have entered production.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send our support team your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review everything promptly and help put it right.
