Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, sharp objects and prolonged heat. Remove the case carefully without forcing or sharply bending it.

Dyefor tech products are covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing faults affecting the product, its fittings or the printed finish.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, misuse, an incorrectly selected device model or damage to the device itself. Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the fault.
